First, you will need to locate your email address and password.

1) Load Outlook Express (while the settings will be the same in other email software the screens may be slightly different)



2) Select Accounts from under the tools menu tab.



 
3) Click add and then the mail button



 
4) Enter your name as you wish it to be seen by who you email.




5) Enter your email address that you are adding to outlook




6) Enter your domains server information.  Which will be mail.yourdomain.com where you will replace yourdomain.com with what your sites domain name is.



 
7) Enter your full email address for the account name and your password.



8) Click finish


 
9) Now click the properties button while your email address that was just added is highlited.


 
10) Go to the servers tab and make sure to check the box "my server requires authentication".  Then you may hit apply and close outlook and open reopen and begin emailing.
